Hi. I stumpled upon your site looking for ideas for my sons birthday party. I had a superhero party for my older one several years back and attempted making capes which ended up in a disaster. I was wondering if there was a template that you used in making them. Or even how you estimated the length. Thank you so much and what a wonderful looking party!

Jenn, You are so unbelievably cool. I want to copy everything you do, “Single White Female”-style. Just kidding. Sort of. No really, this party idea was so dope. But one more question: How did you whittle the invite list so that your ideas were logistically possible? Our parties with “close family” end up having 30 kids.

I am having a superhero party for my son this weekend and this is EXACTLY what I wanted to do. Have a cape making station. How did you attach the felt onto the capes?? and how did the masks stay on the kids faces??
