Downward Dogs
September 30, 2008
In my haste to capture Dax’s new trick, I had some problems operating my camera. But I got the shot:

What’s funny to me is that Dax does this so randomly. He’d be sitting there, as content as could be, then all of a sudden decide he really wants to peek through his legs and see the world upside-down. Throw in an older brother who has to be equally cool and now you have double the number of heinies in the air. I start cracking up, but then Kai looks at me warily and says, “No! Stop laughing, mommy.”

More Seymour Butts.
And more clumsiness with the camera.

That is so cute, and so random of Dax. I love that Kai tells you no hahah. Funny kids. I’m SO dang excited to come next month, you have no idea. Is there anything in particular that the boys want/need for their birthday? I haven’t gone shopping yet…but I’m excited :)
Kids do the silliest things. They sure do make us laugh with their antics. They are too cute!
Yeah, a birthday list-or even an idea or two would help for their birthday present.
Lindy, why are you commenting on blogs at 5:45 in the morning????
Don’t worry about the picture, I’ve even posted cell phone pics on ours, they are of terrible quality but sometimes it’s all you can do.
Both boys pretty much like anything. Dax isn’t really into baby toys, so you can even get just one gift. Some ideas I had were an ant farm, action figures, Transformers, cars, trucks. Trust me, as long as it’s new, they’ll love it!
I don’t know if the Filippinos say this too, but Hawaiians say when the baby starts doing it, that means another baby is going to be born!! Watch out!
Do you want me to have Ryan take a look at your domain or hosting or whatever?
Yes, whatever. I didn’t know anything was wrong with it, but if you depend on google reader, than sure.
Sweet, now I’m excited because I have an excuse to hang out in the Target toys section. Anna can’t keep me out of there now!
Japanese say it too – when the baby starts looking between their legs, another is on the way! Do you have something to share, Jenn?
I loved this post on the boys. What fun having two – can’t wait until mine are doing that.
Miss you guys and hope to see you soon.
You people are scaring me with all this baby talk!
Too funny! You have to wonder what’s going through their cute, little minds. It definitely keeps life interesting.
I laughed so hard when I saw this because I just took a picture of my girls doing the same thing! They just started do this. It started with the little one doing it randomly and then big sister copying. I even took a picture, but haven’t posted it yet.
I read Krista’s comment above and that made me nervous because we are just starting to talk about baby3, but I am not ready yet! So i hope this doesn’t mean that a baby is coming just yet…
My daughter does this everyday. She cracks herself up.
The boyz are too cute. Funny, I actually went to a yoga class today. It was first class in a very long time. The instructor made us to a lot of downward dog poses. I think my face is still red :-)
