These Came Out Yummy

Today is a lazy, sick, pho-craving day for me. I was hoping Kai would go down for a nap so I could too, but I still hear him pulling toys out and making airplane sound effects. Guess our lunch of sugary, mini-pizookies wasn’t such a great idea. But wouldn’t this be a great idea for a party? I just spooned cookie dough into muffin cups, placed cups onto cookie sheet, underbaked slightly, then topped off with a scoop of ice cream. Would get extra style points with sprinkles on top.

Do you venture into Oxnard for your pho? We’ve been to the one on Saviers Rd., but I heard there is also one on Ventura Rd. Now you have me thinking about all that yummy BBQ’d meat and the noodles.
Love the mini-pizookies, if BJ’s wasn’t always so darn crowded we’d go there for those more often.

We love Pho! There is a great one in Oxnard, Pho-so-1. My kids even love it. Funny it’s one of their favorite places to go. Those pizookies look so yummy I am going to try them.
